Experts of the Moldavian Paying Agency AIPA receive training from AMA

Within the framework of the CEI Know how Exchange Program (KEP) Project “Support to the Agency of Interventions and Payment for Agriculture (AIPA) of Moldova”, co-financed by the CEI with funding of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), a first training tour of AIPA experts to AMA took place last week.

The training programme was dedicated to general EU like Rural Development policy making and implementation as done in Austria.
AIPA experts showed particular interest in the very details of administration such as the IACS system, preparation of software requirement specifications, preparation of test cases and software testing. Also legal aspects of payment administration, information and communication to potential beneficiaries, business plans were presented and discussed as well as best practice projects visited on the spot.
