Twinning study visit on IT - staff of Kosovo Paying Agency visits AMA

Within the framework of the ongoing Twinning project in Kosovo, four IT experts from Kosovo’s Paying Agency visited Agrarmarkt Austria (AMA) to receive one week training.

The agenda covered a complete set of typical IT issues to be respected when setting up IT solutions for EU like payment administration.

AMA experts from various departments presented the IT solutions in place with respect to the administration of area and rural development support schemes. Particular attention was on the preparation of software requirement specifications, but equally on organizational issues such as segregation of duties, user concepts, the software development process, project management and secure IT administration.
